Initial Assessment

A comprehensive dedicated session, recommended for adults, to understand your current concerns, history, identify your goals, and formulate a tailored therapeutic plan. A brief summary report is included on request

Ongoing Sessions

Weekly or fortnightly tailored therapy sessions. The content of these sessions will start with us building a joint understanding of what contributes to and maintains ongoing struggles. We then collaboratively introduce evidence-based tools and ideas that are tailored to help you reach your therapy goals.
Extended Initial Assessment

An initial session recommended for children and young people. This includes all of the elements of a standard initial assessment, but goes into greater depth. It includes separate conversations with the young person and parents within the appointment, gathering the perspectives of everyone involved. A brief summary report is included on request.

Parent Telephone Consultation

Parents’ involvement in supporting a young person’s progress in therapy can be vital. Although we will often share updates and strategies your child is practising at home, you may wish to have a separate consultation space where we can talk through how you can support you child in more detail. This can be offered on an ad hoc basis with your child’s consent, throughout your child’s therapy.

Consistency is vital when working with young people. This comprehensive monthly package includes four 50-minute therapeutic sessions, plus dedicated time for brief parental check-ins and necessary school/GP liaison, ensuring a fully supported environment for your child's growth.
