While my online practice covers the whole of the UK, my Banstead clinic is the physical home for my face-to-face work. Here, I provide:
-
Adult Therapy: Compassionate, evidence-based support for anxiety, trauma, and navigating the psychological impact of chronic illness.
-
Child and Young Person Therapy: Developmentally tailored, neuro-affirmative support for young people (aged 7+) struggling with school stress, anxiety, emotional regulation, and life transitions.
Please note: To ensure I can provide the highest quality of care and avoid conflicts with local NHS services, please be aware of my referral boundaries:
-
Adult Therapy: I welcome referrals from across the UK, with the exception of parents whose children are currently accessing NHS mental health support from Sutton CAMHS.
-
Child and Young Person Therapy: I am able to accept referrals for families registered with a GP outside of the London Borough of Sutton.

The Banstead Wellbeing Rooms
Finding the right environment for therapy is just as important as finding the right psychologist. I offer face-to-face sessions for adults, children, and young people from a dedicated, quiet consulting room at the Banstead Wellbeing Rooms.
Situated on the high street, near independent coffee shops and cafes, this space provides a discreet, comfortable, and highly accessible location for families and individuals travelling from Banstead, Epsom, Ewell, Coulsdon, and the wider Surrey area.
