Whether you are interacting with this website, contacting me for the first time, or attending a therapy session, I want your experience to be safe and free from unnecessary barriers.

I continuously aim to improve the accessibility of my digital and physical spaces, keeping in mind the diverse needs of clients dealing with chronic illness, physical health challenges, and neurodivergence.

This website has been purposefully designed with accessibility in mind. While I do not claim formal or complete compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1 Level AA), I have actively implemented the following features:

Because this site is built on a third-party platform (Wix) and utilizes external services for payments (Stripe/Starling Bank), there are some elements outside of my direct control:

  • Virtual Therapy: Online therapy is conducted via secure video link. This provides a highly accessible option for individuals with mobility challenges, chronic pain, or energy-limiting conditions who prefer to access support from their own home.

  • In-Person Therapy (Sutton & Surrounding Areas): I utilize on-demand clinic rooms in the local area. Because venues can vary, please inform me of any physical access requirements (e.g., step-free access, elevators, accessible restrooms, or specific seating needs) during our initial discovery call. I will specifically prioritize and book a room that safely accommodates your physical needs.

  • Neurodivergent Adjustments: If you require specific adjustments for our sessions (such as keeping your camera off briefly at the start of a virtual call, needing sensory breaks, or preferring written summaries), please let me know. I am highly experienced in adapting therapy to suit neurodivergent processing styles.

5. Alternative Formats and Communication

I understand that reaching out to a psychologist can be daunting, and standard contact forms do not work for everyone.
